Our Story

Talent Journey was founded by Steve Chan – an industry leader with decades of experience shaping workforce strategy, managing change, and building talent acquisition and HR capability across complex organisations.

We exist to help businesses thrive. What began as a specialist talent practice has evolved into a multi-disciplinary advisory supporting people, change, technology and operational improvement.

Steve’s philosophy is simple:
